Cancel between 48 hours and 4 hours before your session

Cancel less than 4 hours before your session

No refund

Cancel within 1 hour of making the booking (not starting in next 4 hours)

Full credit refund

Booking cancelled by Waha

Credit refund offered, refund offered, rescheduling offered

  • No amendments or refunds for late arrivals.
  • If Waha changes your booking, you’ll be notified via SMS or Email.
  • Refunds are only issued to the original card used.
  • Goodwill credits and promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
